321 theory is based on an extension of isolation training but for grip… There are 2 main ways to train on a fingerboard, Repeaters and Deadhangs… [The third is] progression techniques (aka cheating): Use of pulleys, chairs, thumbs and nestled fingers in order to advance to a more difficult grip.
